HRIS and employee management
Employee records, rosters, attendance, overtime, time clock and training in one place, built for organizations where scheduling is complicated.
Built for organizations that run shifts
For many organizations, especially in public safety, social services and operations, the hardest part of HR is not the employee file. It is the schedule: who is working, who is available, who is next for overtime, and how an open shift gets filled at short notice. The Auxilium Group was built with that work in mind.
What is available today
- Employee recordsA structured record for each employee, with role-based access to sensitive information.
- Duty rostersPlan and publish rosters, and see who is scheduled at any time.
- AttendanceTrack attendance and absences against the roster.
- Overtime and shift schedulingManage overtime and employee availability, with real-time shift tracking by web and telephone.
- Automated shift call-outWhen a shift opens, the system can phone eligible staff in order until it is filled.
- Time clock and vacation requestsPunch clock and vacation request portal for staff.
- Training and performanceTrack training, performance and 360-degree feedback.
- Payroll integrationThe Auxilium Group can connect to payroll. It does not calculate payroll itself.
What The Auxilium Group does not do
The Auxilium Group is not a payroll calculation or benefits administration system, and we do not claim CRA payroll compliance. It manages the scheduling, attendance and employee information that feeds those systems. If you need something specific, ask us and we will tell you whether it exists today, can be configured, or would be custom development.
Shift call-out for 24-hour services
For services that must staff every shift, such as child and family services and emergency services, filling a vacancy can take hours of phone calls. The Auxilium Group can automate the call-out: when a vacancy appears, the system calls staff in the order your rules require, records each response and confirms the shift once it is filled.
